Reduce everyday stress with a walk in nature

According to studies, you only need to spend a short time in nature to reduce the effects of stress, both physically and mentally. By spending time in nature, the body's stress hormone, cortisol, is lowered, and the heart rate decreases. In addition, when you move around in nature, your body produces endorphins that help you feel good.


We at Treefling think it is important to stay in nature - take the opportunity during the Easter weekend to take a walk in our beautiful nature.
